In the chapter to which I have devoted myself in this book, and know that the Basmala of Surat Bara’ah is the one in the ants, for if God Almighty grants something, He will not take it back nor return it to nothingness. When the mercy of Bara’ah came out, which is the Basmala, he ruled to disavow its people by withdrawing mercy from them, so the king stopped with it no. He knows where to put it, because every human nation has received its mercy through its belief in its Prophet. He said, “Give this basmalah to the animals that believed in Solomon, peace be upon him, and they are not required to believe except in their Messenger.” When they knew the fate of Solomon and believed in him, they were given a share of human mercy, and it is in the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, which was taken away from the polytheists. And in this surah Al-Jasassah, as for the fifth layer, which is the essence of purity of conclusion, that is the letter b, for it is the leading letter because it is the beginning of the basmalah in every surah, and the surah in which there was no basmalah began with the b, so God Almighty said, “Baraa.” Some of the Israeli rabbis said to us, “What luck do you have in monotheism, because the surahs of your book are surrounded by the b,” so I answered him. Nor do you, for the beginning of the Torah is a baa, so it is not possible except this, for the alif does not begin with it at all. So whatever of these letters occurred at the beginning of the surahs, we said that it has the beginning of the path, and whatever occurred at the end, we said it has the end of the path, and if it is from the common people, we say that it is the middle of the path, because the Qur’an is the straight path.
