Al-Safi Al-Wali, may God preserve him, discussed the reason for the world’s beginning in our book called The Phoenix of Maghrib to know the seal of the saints and the sun of the Maghrib, and in our book called Establishing Circles, some of which we wrote in his honorable abode at the time of our visit to him in the year five hundred and ninety-eight, and we want Hajj was recorded for him by his servant Abdul-Jabbar, may God exalt his value as much as I had written from him and traveled with me to Mecca. May God increase it in honor in the aforementioned year so that I could complete it. So we occupied this book on his behalf and on behalf of others because of the divine command that came to us to restrict it, despite the desire of some of the brothers and the poor to do so out of concern. They have more knowledge and a desire for the blessings of this blessed and honorable House, the place of blessings, guidance, and clear signs to come to them.
