Whoever legislated our Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, according to the path that he was accustomed to from God, and this is our taste, as we have taken many of the rulings of Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, that were established in his law by the graphic scholars, and we had no knowledge of them, so we took them from this path and found them with the graphic scholars as they are with us. From this path, we authenticate the prophetic hadiths and reject them as well if we know that they are weak and not authentic on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, even if the legislator approves the ruling of the diligent person, even if he erred, but the people of this method only take what was ruled by the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.
