And the Alif is after and the sect that took into account the line, so with which thigh does the diagram begin, it is the Lam, and the second is the Alif, and all of this gives him the state of love, and sincerity in love begets the orientation in seeking the beloved, and the sincerity of the orientation begets the connection from the beloved to the lover, and the achiever says, the motive of inclination is knowledge according to them, and each one according to his truth, and as for us and those who are promoted. With us in His Excellency is the staircase of investigation, above which there is a staircase. We do not say what they say, but we have a detail in the issue, and that is to notice in what presence they are gathered. Love is a partial presence from the totality of presences, so the Sufi’s saying is true, and knowledge is also presence. Likewise, the investigator’s saying is true, but each one of them falls short of investigating this. The issue is a viewer with one eye, and we say that the first Hazrat they met was Hazrat
