He is the one who exerts power in situations in which He wants the power to appear, not the one who is powerful over what our hands have done. So power belongs to Him and work appears from our hands. Every hand in the world has work, so it is a hand. God, for power belongs to God, for He is the Almighty powerful for Himself, powerful with us.
