By quoting it from the Qur’an and the Sunnah, the people of the Qur’an are the people of God and His special people, and the hadith is like the Qur’an with the text, for it, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, does not speak out of desire. It is only a revelation that is revealed. Among those who verified this position with us is Abu Yazid al-Bistami. After asking and pleading, he revealed to him something like the piercing of a needle, so he wanted to He put his foot in it and it was burned, so he knew that he would not attain a taste, which is the perfection of worship, and we had a hair of it, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and this is a lot for those who know, so what creation has of it is only its shadow. When God showed me it, it was not out of a question, rather it was out of God’s care, and then He supported me in it with good manners. They were provided by Him and God took care of me. There did not come from me there what Abu Yazid had issued. Rather, I looked at it, and the command to advance Salamah came, so I knew that this was a speech of test and a matter of trial, not a speech of honor, although some of the test might be an honor, so I stopped and asked the hijab, and he knew what I wanted, so he placed the hijab between me. He explained the position and thanked me for that, so he granted me the hair that we mentioned as a divine specialization, so I thanked God for the specialization of that hair, not asking for additional gratitude. How can I ask for additional gratitude from that when I ask for the veil, which is the perfection of servitude?
