Of mental and sensory beings, as for the men of the Initial, they are the ones who have control over the divine names, so they reveal from them whatever God wills, and this is not for anyone else, and they reveal with it everything that is under the control of the three men, the men of the limit, the hidden, and the apparent, and they are the greatest of men, and they are to be blamed. This is in their power, and nothing of that is apparent from them. Among them is Abu Al-Saud and others, and they and the general public in the appearance of incapacity and the appearance of habits are the same, and Abu Al-Saud was distinguished among these men, in fact, he was one of the largest of them, and Abu Al-Badr heard him, according to what he told us orally, saying that among the men of God are those who speak about thoughts and are not with thoughts, that is, he has no knowledge of its owner. It is not intended to introduce him, and when Omar Al-Bazzaz, Abu Al-Badr and others described to us the condition of this sheikh, we saw that it was consistent with the conditions of this high class of men of God. Abu Al-Badr said to me that he often recited a verse from which we had not heard anything else, which is And he fixed his foot in the swamp of death***and said to it: Without your soles, the Crusher will be gathered And he used to say that it is nothing but the five daily prayers and waiting for death, and beneath these words there is great knowledge and he used to say The man with God Almighty
