Chapter: | On knowing perfection, which is moderation, and it is also the Crest or the Iron Fence, which is divesting Him of the rule of descriptions. |
Page 542 - from Volume Two (Display Image)It is not defined by a description, nor is it restricted by an epithet, nor does it indicate its truth by a special name. From what they describe, and to the Glory of the Glory, the blazing Face Glory, and for this reason it is never manifested in His majesty, but it is manifested in the majesty of His beauty to His servants in which the manifestation takes place, and they witness Him as the manifestation of what appeared of divine oppression in the world. Indeed, the great is the one who does not know *** and he is the one who is described in every case It is He who appears and manifests Himself *** in His creation, and He is He who does not know And majesty does not relate to it except those who know God, and it has no effect except on them, and those who love Him have no way of this if it is in the sense of lofty and glorious, and if it is in the sense that is the opposite of honor and loftiness, then the lovers relate to Him as those who know Him and His presence from blindness to His saying and in the earth is a deity. With you wherever you are, that is one of His names that affect us in particular, preserve us, and watch over us. The truth, and He guides the way " Chapter Two Hundred and Forty-two on Beauty "It is beautiful and it does not fall in the clear and does not see *** and the hearts witness it from where you do not know And the eyes do not perceive from Him except that which *** the minds of those in command are clear of If you say that it is veiled, then you are not a liar *** and if you say that it is witnessed, then that is the one who knows best There is nothing then beloved but him, but *** Sulaimi, Layla, and Al-Zayyanab are for covering They are veils that are closed, and *** thus came the arrangement of the lovers with prose Like crazy Laila and the one who was before him *** as humans and India my chest is tired of mentioning them [ That divine beauty is in all things ]Know that the divine beauty with which God is called is beautiful and He described Himself, Glory be to Him, in the language of His Messenger, that He loves beauty In all things, there is nothing but beauty, for God did not create the world except in His image, and it is beautiful. The whole world is beautiful, and He, Glory be to Him, loves beauty. He who loves beauty loves beauty, and a lover does not torment his beloved except on the delivery of comfort or on discipline for something that occurred from him on the path of ignorance, as a man disciplines his son. With his love for him and with this he hits him and rebukes him for the things that happen to him with love for him in himself, so we hope, God willing, to comfort and bliss wherever we are, for divine kindness is the one who includes comfort from where he does not know who is kind to him, beauty is for him from the world and in it is hope, simplicity, kindness, mercy and tenderness Compassion, generosity, benevolence, and resentment are within it. Yes, he has discipline. He is the beautiful physician. This is his effect on hearts and his effect on images. Love, love, dominance, and longing befall him, and he inherits annihilation when viewing. That light is a sun, even if it is not round or in an orbit, then man will overflow from that image in which he appeared from the divine effluent over all his possessions in returning him to his palace, then his entire kingdom will be dyed in the form of beauty that did not exist, so man does not lose in his possession the image of what he saw from his Lord in his life. His vision is with the scholars of God a permanent manifestation in this world and in the hereafter that does not stop, and with the common people in Paradise, especially because they do not know God with the knowledge of the knowers. There is no rule for the manifestation of majesty in Paradise at all, but its place is this world, the isthmus and the Resurrection, and with it the fire and misery remain in the wretched for the duration of their stay in it until misery rises and mercy prevails. There remains a rule for the manifestation of majesty in attachment, and the angels are alone in the path of prestige, greatness, fear, reverence and submission, and God knows best. Chapter forty-third and two hundred in perfectIt is not the perfection that is imperfect that you know *** The perfection that is imperfect is described |
