God has entrusted them with His generosity so that they may be generous with what God has left them with, of which God’s creation lacks. God created creation in need of them because of their richness in God. So a good word is charity, and since their situation is to work in giving and not working, this indicates that they earn a living in that because they consider that that. It is not for them, but it is for God, so they do not claim what is not theirs.
