This is in the status of a martyr. He does not wash, even though we bear witness that his soul has left his body like the rest of the dead, and the ruling belongs to God and no one else. He has decided the ruling of the diligent person, so it is not for us to remove the ruling of his ijtihad, for that is removing the ruling of God against him. The basis of this chapter is to fully accept what the lesser person indicates in the issue. Which he is more knowledgeable about than him is the hadith about palm trees.

In his view, death is a threat to the living or a natural desire that controls and blinds him, so he comes to it with a suspicion that he has, which is that he sees his Lord in things. The divine jealousy that prompted them to say, “Will You be placed in it?” He said, “Indeed, I know what you do not know.” As for the imperfect, his rank is known, and the imperfect may be wanted in the hands of the perfect, entering under his rule and obedience similar to a married couple, and he is like one of the nation with his prophet who was sent to him .

This perfect knower is with his student. The perfect person may die in a matter that he does not know and the disciple learns it, so the sheikh bears witness to it from the student, just like what was mentioned in the two hadiths before this. This is the situation of the students with the sheikhs, for the sheikhs do not take precedence over them except in certain matters that are required for the followers, so if the disciple is a disciple. Other than that Sheikh, and by the disciple I mean the student and the man from among the people other than that Prophet in the time before the time of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.
