This is in the status of a martyr. He does not wash, even though we bear witness that his soul has left his body like the rest of the dead, and the ruling belongs to God and no one else. He has decided the ruling of the diligent person, so it is not for us to remove the ruling of his ijtihad, for that is removing the ruling of God against him. The basis of this chapter is to fully accept what the lesser person indicates in the issue. Which he is more knowledgeable about than him is the hadith about palm trees.

His saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, to his companions: “You are more knowledgeable about the interests of your world.”
