Applying the word since piety means avoiding forbidden things and everything that contains suspicion on the part of the forbidden person, so he avoids resemblance, which is what is expressed by suspicions, meaning something that has a resemblance to what the clear text prohibits from the Qur’an, Sunnah, or consensus in the situation that requires this name for it, such as eating. Pork meat for someone who is not in a state of necessity, it is forbidden for him. That is why we said about the situation that necessitates this name for him, just as the one who is in necessity is not addressed by the prohibition, so eating pork in the case of someone who is in a state of necessity is permissible for him without disagreement .

Since prohibition means preventing confusion with it, and they saw that there are conditions for this and that there is nothing specifically forbidden in the situation, so the legislator has restricted it to the conditions, and the prohibition has been applied to it for the situation, so what is specifically forbidden is better to avoid, so it is necessary to avoid it inwardly and knowingly, and this forbidden thing may be permissible. On the face of it, it is the same as what it requires, and this is the prohibition that is never permissible in terms of its meaning, and it is not permissible for a legal verse to come that would permit it, which is the attribution of the descriptions of God Almighty, by which He is a god.
