Since his situation on this day was private to him, between him and his Lord in his prayer, it was necessary for him to recite it secretly, which is the psychological remembrance, as a notification of his realization of the truth in that place, for if he mentioned it in himself and the Qur’an, it mentioned his true remembrance in himself from where the servant does not feel that God has mentioned him. If God mentions it to Himself, He mentions it in the presence of an eternity in which there is no occurrence, so the servant by this remembrance has precedence in eternity, as the right brought him into Himself by the remembrance. If he mentions it in public, then He mentions it in the presence of its occurrence and occurrence is the attribute of the servant, and his status is not increased by that except the fact that it is a special remembrance and a great abode of Arafat. Reciting it during prayer was psychological, so that this status would be achieved on that day .
