We only said that the laws differed due to the difference in divine proportions, because if the divine proportion for the analysis of a matter in the law were the same as the ratio for the prohibition of that same matter in the law, then it would not be valid to change the ruling, and it has been proven to change the ruling, and it would not also be correct for the Almighty’s saying, “For each of you, We have made a law and a method, and it has been proven.” It is true that every nation has a law and a method brought to it by its Prophet and Messenger, which was abrogated and confirmed, so we know with certainty that the attribution of what He Almighty legislated to Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, is contrary to his attribution to another prophet. Otherwise, if the attribution were the same in every respect and it necessitated the specific legislation, then the law would be the same in every respect . /p>
