God and the voluntary remembrance that He has made obligatory: There is no god but God, the opening takbeer, the salutation of prayer, the testimony of appointment, and every obligation related to speech, He gives you its voluntary one, and perseverance in it is to say what you want in the universe, “Be,” and it is, just as He gives you the obligation to say to the Most High God, “Do,” and it will be done.

The comprehensive chapter on what is given to all the voluntary acts is that the truth be loved by Him, so the voluntary acts produced God’s love for His servant, but what is all love? Rather, it is the love by which the truth is your hearing with which you hear, your sight with which you see, your hands with which you strike, and your foot with which you run. This prevented us from saying something about the comparison. In things, because custom gives that sight is better than a man according to the group, and here the truth itself has revealed that it is your sight with which you see and your foot with which you run. He gave every right a reality from Him, and He does not prefer Himself, for it is clear in everything that He mentioned that it is as it befits His majesty, so sight is not the highest. There is no one better than a man, but most people do not know. We have mentioned what voluntary good deeds give in general, but with restrictions, voluntary good deeds are voluntary

The obligations are like the steps and the Sunnahs*** like the path to their goals

If you stop beating, then it is obligatory *** so you will hear the truth in its verses

The opposite of voluntary acts, so consider them and adhere to *** the paths of virtues are extensive in proving them

Obligatory duties are the deeds or omissions that God Almighty has made obligatory upon His servants and made obligatory upon them, and the sin of whoever does not perform them. They are of two types: an individual obligation, which is the one that is not waived if someone else does it, and a sufficiency obligation, which is the one that is waived if someone else does it, and it was before someone else did it. It is obligatory on him and on others, such as prayer for the funeral, washing the dead, and jihad, and then there is another obligation that appears between them that has a side to each of them that contradicts the rule of the other, such as the obligatory Hajj if he is unable, and if he is not asked to do it except with the ability, then it is an obligation that depends on its condition, so if his guardian performs Hajj on his behalf, it is waived. As for the Sunnahs, everything except what was required to be done, which is of two types: a Sunnah that he commanded and instigated for, or that he did himself and gave the best to his nation in doing it, and a Sunnah that was invented by one of the nation and he followed it, so he has its reward and the reward of whoever acts upon it.

So if the obligation is fulfilled by the servant, then he has fulfilled what the Lordship owes him in terms of servitude, and doing the obligation results for him in something that is higher than the truth being heard by the servant, for the fact that the truth is heard by the servant is a state for the servant, and the rule of the obligation prevents him from this state, which is that he hears the truth, so he hears the truth. With the servant, which is his saying, “I was hungry, but you did not feed me.” As for this prevention that the assumption gave from the truth being what he heard, it is a fixed, verified position, as it is in the same matter, so that servant knows that the truth is He, not he, and the owner of the situation says I.

And the Sunnahs are the ways of imitation, the highest of which is imitation of the truth so that in giving His names to me I am close to verifying them and not of being created, and the lowest in the right of the guardian is to imitate those whom God said about them . p> The Prophetic Sunnah is of high status, and it is the unification of the religion and its establishment and that there is no division in it. It is elevated by whoever comes to it and walks in it in the presence of Muhammad to its goals in knowledge, conditions, and manifestation. As for the Sunnahs, which are the recommended laws after the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, it is approval according to the jurists, which he said about it. And when it was authenticated by Al-Shafi’i

That the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: Whoever establishes a good Sunnah will have its reward, and the reward of whoever acts upon it, and whoever establishes a bad Sunnah

Hadith, there is no doubt that Sharia has permitted He has the right to enact a good sunnah, and it is among what he inherited from the prophets, and it is good, meaning the truth is approved by him, which is its enactment. So whoever approves it, i.e., he who established a good sunnah, then he has legislated, and what a wonder people do not understand the words of Al-Shafi’i in this, and they confirm the ruling of the diligent person, even if he made a mistake.
