From the fire, and the trees of Paradise are planted in that musky soil, just as the condition of the plants of this earthly abode requires dung, because of the natural heat in it, because it is moldy, and heat produces rotting in bodies that are susceptible to rotting, and this amount is sufficient to protect us from the fire. May God protect us from it in the two worlds .

Sharia is what God has legislated for creation *** for He is the All-Knowing of their rights and His rights

So if a servant comes to legislate a law *** God fulfills its right to him

And the two laws are of one origin *** unless it is said, “God said to His creation”

So if he says, "She is a beloved one *** the star of Al-Qurain with her star on his horizon"

So that they may believe what they imitate their thoughts *** It is a lie, even if they tell you the truth

So consider the rulings of the origin of their book *** For perhaps the accursed one will sink. Brilliance

Know that the principles of the agreed-upon Sharia rulings are three: the Qur’an, the Mutawatir Sunnah, and consensus. The scholars differed regarding analogy. Some say that it is evidence and that it is one of the principles of rulings, and some say that it is forbidden, and I say so .

God Almighty said, “Fear God, and God will teach you.” And He said, “If you fear God, He will make for you a criterion.” And He said, “Fear God and believe in His Messenger. He will give you two guarantees of His mercy and make for you a light by which you may walk.” Give you something like his saying about his servant Khidr: We gave him mercy from Us and taught him knowledge from Us, so he made giving him knowledge his servant. Of His mercy and piety is a lawful act for us, so piety must be the relation of His ruling to one or all of these pieces of evidence in any matter in which we are required to fear God .

Al-Junaid said, “Our knowledge is restricted by the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and they are the two active principles. Consensus and analogy are only proven and their evidence is corrected by the Qur’an and the Sunnah, so they are two passive principles of ruling. So from these four facts emerged the emergence of the legitimate rulings, by acting upon which happiness is achieved, for existing things emerged from four divine realities, which are life, knowledge, and will. Power and bodies emerged from four facts: heat, cold, dryness, and humidity. The generators emerged from four elements: fire, air, water, and earth. The human and animal bodies emerged from four humors: yellow, black, blood, and phlegm. Heat and cold are active, and moisture and dryness are passive. So know.

Since he who does not believe in the revealed laws participates with us in exercise, struggle, and ridding the soul of the rule of nature, contact with pure and pure spirits appears and the ruling of that contact appears on him, just as it appears among the believers among us who work according to the revealed laws, due to the similarity that occurred and participation in what we mentioned among the common people and our explanation of the sciences. Which is given by the revelation of exercise and the provision of the higher spirits, and revealed in these virtuous souls all that is in the world, so they spoke of the unseen. Al-Junaid said, “He taught us this, and if it occurred in common between us and the wise, then the basis of our exercise, our struggle, and our deeds that gave us these knowledge and the apparent effects on us were only from our work according to the Qur’an and the Sunnah. This is the meaning of his saying.” Our knowledge of this is restricted by the Qur’an and

And since God’s law and His ruling regarding the movements of a responsible person can only be taken from the Qur’an, likewise it is not found except by the one who speaks it, which is God Almighty, and He said to the thing, “Be,” and it was, so the Qur’an is the strongest evidence upon which it is based, or what was authenticated on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who established the evidence. Based on his truthfulness, he informs about God all that He has legislated regarding the slaves of God, and that information may be either by consensus from the Companions, which is the consensus, or from some of them by transmitting justice from justice, and it is the news of one person, and by whatever path it reached us, we are devoted to acting according to it, without disagreement among the scholars of Islam, and for this reason the people of fundamentals say in Consensus is that it must be based on a text, even if it is not spoken

As for analogy, there is a difference in taking it as evidence and a basis, for it has a basis in the intelligible. In places, the strength of adopting it is evident over abandoning it, and in places this is not apparent. However, it is not definitive evidence, so it is more like the report of individuals, for the agreement to adopt it even though it does not benefit knowledge is a basis.
