The fifth is the assistant to Satan in whatever he desires, so Moses becomes the guardian of these doors, so the fasting person remains there in comfort and safety, and he is the owner of fasting on that day. This was not said about Adam regarding fasting on Mondays, and we took it into consideration as a plural of truth and creation, so that a defect would not occur to him in his fasting from where he did not realize it, for Adam was the owner of that. This hour did not occur for any time except for Friday, which is one twenty-fourth part of the day, and it is in half of it, which is the crossing point. And during the day, it is on the outside of the day and on the inside of the person, because the outside of the person corresponds to the inside of the day, and the inside of the person corresponds to the outside of the day.
