As for the ruling on its transition, which is called travel, it moves from fasting to breaking the fast and from breaking the fast to fasting, and the ruling on Ramadan does not depart from it, and for this reason he legislated its fasting and praying, then it is also permissible to connect in it with its transition from night to day and from day to night. The ruling on Ramadan applies to him, and for this reason the traveler suffices to fast Ramadan

As for the sick person, his ruling is different from the ruling for the traveler in consideration. The scholars have unanimously agreed that if the sick person fasts Ramadan in the event of his illness, it is sufficient, but the traveler is not like that according to them, so their reasoning for the verse is weak, so they consider that illness is the opposite of health, and what is required of fasting is his health, and the two opposites do not come together, so sickness and fasting are not valid, and we considered it to be in a month. Ramadan alone, because it is obligatory due to God’s obligation to begin with, so the one who made it obligatory is the one who removed it from the sick person, so it is not valid to consider what is not obligatory from God an obligation from God in the event that it is not obligatory.

Whoever considers that fasting has no equal and that it is an attribute of truth, says that it is better, and whoever considers that it is an act of worship, then it is an attribute of humility and need, then he is a worthy servant. Those who travel to God, which is the comprehensive name and is the desired goal, and the divine names on the way to Him are like the stations for travelers and the moon’s stations that are destined for the moon to travel on the path to its intended destination. At least travel is moving from one name to another name. If he finds God in the first leg of his journey, that is his rule.
