Some people said that it comes from his capital, and some people said that if he bequeathed it, it would come out of a third, otherwise he does not have to do anything. Among these people are those who said that he should start with it if he is limited by a third, and among them are those who said that he should not start with it.

A man from the people of God’s path gives knowledge of God, and we have said that the zakat on knowledge is his teaching. Then a sincere, thirsty disciple came and asked him about the issue of who knows what he knows, so this is the time when it is obligatory for him to teach him what he asked him about, just as zakat is obligatory with the completion of one year. And the quorum and he did not teach him the knowledge he asked of him, for God robs the scholar of that matter, so he remains ignorant of it, so he searches for it within himself but does not find it. That is his death after the obligation of zakat, for ignorance is death. He said, “And whoever is dead, We revive him,” or the scholar is obligated to teach those who are worthy, then teach those who are not worthy, then that is the case. His death is due to ignorance of the qualifications of someone who is qualified for wisdom and placing it in someone who is not worthy of it. In the first place,

In general, he has attributed it, so the one in this situation should renew his repentance for what he has fallen into and ask God for forgiveness for what is between him and God, for God loves those who repent.

Until he pays zakat on it, and then he sells it from God, and if he is one of those who say the buyer has the option of enforcing the sale and returning it, then that is up to God if He wishes to accept it and pay zakat on it, and if He wishes, return it to the seller until He pays zakat on it.

From this aspect is their difference in the zakat on the gifted money and considering that the donee has the option if he wishes to accept the gift and he knows what is in it of the right, so he delivers the right from it to the one who deserves it and keeps what is left, and if he wishes he returns the amount of zakat that is due on the seller until he pays it and the donee is him.
