God Almighty said, “And verily, there is not a thing but with Us are its treasures, which is what we mentioned and His saying, and We do not send it down except in a known measure from His All-Wise Name, so wisdom is the authority of this divine revelation, which is the bringing forth of this Things from these treasures to the existence of their essences, which is our saying at the beginning of the sermon of this book: Praise be to God who created things out of nothingness and non-existence, and non-existence does not exist is the relation of the fact that the things in these treasures are preserved and exist for God, established for their essences and do not exist for themselves, so with regard to their essences they exist out of non-existence and with regard to their being.
