As for the general language in this verse, which is the support of the believers, we say that if the monotheist is sincere in his faith and is steadfast, he will be victorious without a doubt. If a defect occurs to him and he is not steadfast in faith and he is shaken, the truth will fail him and he does not find in himself the strength to stand up to his enemy because of that defect, so he is defeated. His enemy saw him defeated, so he followed him, and the enemy prevailed over the believer. God did not help the enemy, but rather let the believer down because of the defect within him. When he failed him, he did not find a supporter, so he was defeated, so his enemy necessarily followed him. It is not a victory for the enemy, but rather a failure for the believer, as we have mentioned. This is the general language of this issue.

Then He took charge of them by sending down true laws that were knowledgeable about the interests of this world and the hereafter. Then He took charge of them with the mercy He created in them, with which they sympathized with one another, in parents, in their children, in raising them, and in children, in their parents, out of kindness to them and reliance on them, and with the compassion that the owners had for their kingdoms and for the possessions they possessed. Animals and animals are given control due to the compassion that mothers have for their children. In every animal, a child needs the care of his mother and her taking care of them in order to make hardship easier for them. Such a thing is called subjugation.
