And they did not imagine it, for it seemed to them better than God. They did not expect it, and they are the ones who do not seek ruqyah, nor do they cover themselves up, nor do they put their trust in their Lord. So his saying, “They do not seek ruqyah,” meaning they do not invoke ruqyah to remove a pain that afflicts them, and they do not ruqyah anyone because of a pain that afflicts him, and he came with the effect.
