The mission of Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, but today there is no trace left of this position except what we mentioned of the ruling of the diligent scholars regarding the Sharia’s determination of that in their right, so they make permissible on the basis of evidence what their own diligence led them to make permissible, even if the other diligent scholar forbade it, but that is not by divine inspiration or revelation . < /p>
