The scholars are unanimously agreed that if the imam does not deliver the sermon on the day of Arafat before the prayer, then his prayer is permissible, unlike Friday prayer. This is a difference between Friday prayer and praying in Arafat. This is what the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, did. Rather, he delivered the sermon before the prayer. They also agreed that the recitation in this prayer is secret. No loud voice other than Friday
