Their offspring, then he inherited them, and he prayed over them if they died, and all the provisions of Islam were established in them, even though they were in a state where they did not understand one thing. Then he said, “And We have not diminished anything of their work.” Meaning, “those young ones, we have not diminished any of their work.” He added the work to them, meaning their saying, “Yes,” so what remained for them was to the utmost perfection. They lacked anything from it because no situation occurred to them that would take them out of that first affirmation in any of their actions, just as it happened to the wise man, so his action was diminished in proportion to what occurred to him, so God decreased it in proportion to what he decreased .
