Who says that it is permissible and who says that it is not permissible? I say that it is permissible, except that there is something in it that does not please the heart, and it is better not to. Likewise, some of them stipulated Egypt, and some did not stipulate it. And in the absence of this condition, I say, and likewise some of them stipulated that the mosque should have a roof, and some of them did not see it and did not mention anything. Of these matters, all of them are text from the book or the Sunnah. If the congregation is valid, Friday is obligatory and nothing else.
