And know that the cause of dispute and prevailing are matters of succession, which is the imamate, and creation in the form, so the caliph must appear in every form in which he who appoints him as successor appears, so it is necessary for the caliph to be aware of all the divine names and attributes required by the world over whom the truth has been appointed, Glory be to Him, and when the matter required that, he revealed an order. From Him to Him, He named it according to a law in which He explained the meanings of these divine names and attributes by which the Caliph must appear and was entrusted with them.
