This is what those who say that the judge does not have the right to rule with his knowledge said, but in the world, it is for the accusation for what he has for his purpose, and as for the side of truth, it is to establish evidence against the condemned person so that he does not take him to task in the afterlife. Except for what He has prescribed for him to rule in this world on the tongue of His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, and for this reason the Messenger says to his Lord about the command of his Lord, “My Lord, judge with the truth, meaning with the truth with which You have sent me and with which You have legislated for me to rule over them.
