As for God abrogating all the laws through His law, this abrogation does not exclude the previous laws from being from His law, for God has given us witness in His apparent law revealed to him, may God bless him and grant him peace, in the Qur’an and the Sunnah of abrogation, with our consensus and agreement that that abrogated law is His law which He sent to us. So he abrogated the later and earlier ones, and it was a warning to us of this abrogation found in the Qur’an and the Sunnah, that his abrogation of all the previous laws does not deprive them of being his law, and the descent of Jesus, peace be upon him, at the end of time was ruling without his law, or some of it, which he had at the time of his message and his ruling according to the Muhammadan law established today is evidence of this.
