Above it, then he presented the names to the angels, and said, “Inform Me of the names of these whom you set out to find.” Meaning, the names set out. Did you glorify Me with them and sanctify Me, for you claimed that you glorify Me with My praise and sanctify Me. So the angels said, “We have no knowledge.” So he said to Adam, “Inform them of their names,” and he made him their teacher. He taught them all the names, and they knew that He is a successor on behalf of God on his earth, not a successor from a predecessor. Then he continued to receive it, complete by complete, until it reached the greatest master known for his perfection, Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who was known for his prophecy.
