Then we saw that there is no benefit in mixing the world of vowels with the world of letters except after the letters are arranged and joined together, so that a word then becomes a word. Its regularity can be traced back to God Almighty’s saying, “In our creation, if I have fashioned it and breathed into it from My Spirit,” which is the appearance of vowels on these letters after they were regularized, then another creation arises, called a word, just as one of us is called a human being.
