The straight path is the divine law, and faith in God is the head of this path, and the branches of faith are the stages of this path that are between its beginning and its end, and between the two stages are its conditions and rulings, and since the straight path is from what was sent down by the angels expressed by the upper spirits, which are the messengers from God To those chosen from among His servants who are called prophets and messengers. God has placed between them and those to whom these categories were revealed a lineage that unites them. With that lineage, the reception is from the angels, and through it is the acceptance from the prophets. So whoever adheres to what was revealed to these so-called prophets and messengers from among humans after he believed in them that they are messengers of God. And that they took what they brought from other royal messengers. The angels also descended upon them with good news, and those with this description were companions.
