As for Abu Yazid, he did not intend to praise this saying, rather he intended to define his condition, for the morning and evening belong to God, not to him, and He is restricted by the Almighty by the attribute, and the racist slave is restricted to the morning and the evening is not restricted by the attribute, and for this reason he denied the attribute, saying, “I have no attribute. They have their sustenance therein morning and evening, so the morning and evening belong to him and there is no king.” Abu Yazid has them over them, because by description they have authority, and Abu Yazid has no attribute.
