Objects do not change, and facts do not change, for fire burns in its reality, not in its form. The Almighty’s saying, “O Fire, be coolness and peace,” is an address to the form, which is the embers, and the bodies of the embers are burned by fire. When the fire rose in them, it was called fire, so it accepts cold just as it accepts heat.
