Except for the people of standing, especially those who are in the terror of that day, and as for those who act on it, such as the prophets, messengers, and callers to God, and like those who are at ease among the people of the pulpits who are not saddened by the greatest fear, and those who are protected in the pavilions of majesty behind the veil of humanity, then all of them and their likes are not among the people of standing, so the people of standing are the ones who wait. God’s ruling on them, and they answer him with this speech according to what each one of them understood.
