Ibn al-A’rabi mentioned on the authority of Zainab bint Jabir al-Ahmasiyyah that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said to her regarding a woman who performed Hajj with her silent, tell her to speak, for there is no Hajj for one who does not speak. This hadith is narrated in connection with Zainab. Ibn Hazm mentioned it in the book al-Muhalla.
