It is not necessary for the praying person to have his qibla in the place where the sun rises or sets, such that he faces it, in which case it is disliked for him to do so. But if it is not in his qibla, then there is no problem. As for the Kaaba, the ruling is for him to turn from wherever he wants, not facing the rising or setting sun, and he has separated. The disbelievers who prostrate to it in the outward appearance are facing it, but it is different from them inwardly, without a doubt and there is no doubt. Context of the two hadiths .
