The soul wants to perform Hajj to God, which is looking into knowing God through the means of witnesses. Does the aspirant enter into that by himself or does he not enter into that except with a guide? The guide is one of two people, either of abundant intellect and he is in the position of a husband to a woman, or he has knowledge of the law and he is a mahram, so the answer is not devoid of this seeker.
