As for those who consider illness to be predominant, it is the deeds that are added to the servant, for it is a tendency towards the truth in actions, since they are his. And the one who agrees and disagrees with them inclines them to the servant, whether he possesses power, character, or gain. This is a legitimate, sensory inclination, and it is their saying, “Our Lord, we believe in what You have revealed,” so they added faith to them. Finding and saying to them, “Believe in God,” confirming the authenticity of the actions they attributed to them with this addition, this is what is legitimate. This is in the same position as illness, and it is the predominant inclination because it is between truth and creation .
