The quorum for jointness is not taken into account, as the two partners are in the ruling of separation, even if they are connected, then the connection is the evidence of the existence of the separation, since if it were not for the separation, there would be no connection. And if the ruling is for separation and one of them does not reach what he has in his wealth, the quorum is not obligatory on him. Zakat is not required, even if it is required.
