God commanded us to pray for the dead in the Sunnah, and He did not say that the dead is about an advanced life. So, if we see the image of the fetus, even if it is smaller than a mosquito, such that its organs are depicted, so that it is known that it is a human, even if it was before the soul was breathed into it, then it proceeds according to Sharia law in that image. It is dead. God Almighty said, “And you were dead and He gave you life. Then He will put you to death, then He will bring you to life. So He gave us the name of death before the breath of the soul .
