What is most likely in my opinion is that the men should be given priority from those near the qiblah, because when the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, buried the dead of one, he would give priority to the best of what is next to the qiblah and bury the group in one grave, so giving priority to the best of what is next to the qiblah was preferable because it is closer to God according to Islamic law, and God knows best. < /p >
