Some people said that he says seven takbirs after the opening takbir and before reading in the first rak’ah, and it was said that he says the opening takbir and five takbirs in the second after the standing takbir and until the second rak’ah. Others said that he says three takbirs in the first before reading and after the ihram takbir and three takbirs in the second rak’ah. After reciting three takbeers, then he says takbeers for bowing. Abu Bakr bin Ibrahim bin Al-Mundhir narrated twelve words regarding the takbir.
