But they made memorization for the guardian also an etiquette with the Prophet, for Satan has no way over the hearts of some of the saints for the sake of the knowledge that the divine manifestation gave to their hearts. Nothing is given to him except acts of obedience, and he diversifies him in them and takes him from one obedience to a higher obedience, so the guardian does not see in it a trace of his own desires, so he hastens to do it and convinces the devil who is revolting from him with this taking from him out of ignorance. If he had had clear evidence from his Lord about that, it would have been better, for the devil is not able to slander knowledge. The divine manifestation in one way or another. Therefore
