For incidental matters cannot be known except by God’s information through the tongue of whomsoever He wills from among His servants, and with us they are accidents, not in the very nature of what God has arranged in that when He revealed in every heaven His command, and matters that take place according to their principles are established and not perforated, and the sciences teach them with those principles, and they are usual and established. It is God Almighty who created it. It is not rational, and it does not fail. That is natural, and that is why it is permissible to break the custom in it, and so is every subject until God perforates that foundation. God has the will in that matter, and He has the command before and after. Therefore, it cannot be said about the astrologer’s ruling that it is knowledge, because the principles upon which it is built are only from A divine setting and arrangement of a Wise All-Knowing One through which custom continues. What is for its own sak
