That his life should be extended permanently, even if it were not that the Sharia knew that the duration of this abode would end, and that every soul will taste death, and that it knew of the return, and that it knew of the afterlife, and that it was known that residing therein in the hereafter will be without end. Others, paradise, bliss, fire, and torment with tangible eating, tangible drinking, tangible marriage, and clothing according to the natural course, so God’s knowledge is broader and more complete, and the combination of the intellect and the senses, and the intellects and the tangible, is greater in power and more complete in divine perfection, so that the Almighty continues to Him in every category of possibilities the rule of the Knower of the Unseen and the Witnessed, and confirms the rule of the apparent and hidden name in Each category
