Know, may God help you, that since the law of Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, included all the previous laws, and that there is no ruling left for it in this world except what was decided by the law of Muhammad, then by its establishment it was established, so we worshiped our souls with it, insofar as Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, decided it, not in the sense that The Prophet designated for it in his time decided upon it. For this reason, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was given comprehensive words. If the Muhammadan and all the world in charge today of mankind and jinn are Muhammadan, there is no divine law in the world today except this Muhammadan law, so this worker will not be devoid of this nation if he encounters in his work what opens the door. He has it in his heart and his way, and through it he fulfills the path of one of the paths of a prophet from the previous prophets, which is included in this law
