And you, my brother, must visit the sick because of the consideration and remembrance it entails, for God created man from weakness, so looking at him in your visitation alerts you to your origin, so that you lack God in the strength with which he will strengthen you to obey Him, and that God is with His servant when he becomes ill. Do you not see the sick person? He has no one to seek help except from God, and there is no remembrance except from God. The truth continues to be spoken on his tongue and in his heart to seek refuge in Him. The sick person is still with God, that is, whoever is sick, even if he seeks medical treatment and takes the usual reasons for the presence of healing in her.
