Among those who were given comprehensive words, he gave the ruling from Chapter 361 and said, “If God directs anyone to someone in His Book, then be the one whom He inspired by. If He informs you, understand and consider, for He has no authority over you except what you have heard, and if He commands you or prohibits you, then comply.” Then there is a fourth section. It is only information. Or a command or a prohibition, and he said, He gave him in his address to you the position of a mother in terms of pity, so accept from him what he conveys to you with acceptance, for he did not address you except to benefit you, and he said, “Do not place your reins except in the hand of your Lord, for, as He said, He judges. Just as He told you that His hand is on your forelock by necessity, so put your reins in His hand by choice, and you will reap a reward.” Choice and compulsion bring you together with the hands and knowledge of God.
