Ubaid, and that God is the Great, the Most High, the Great, the Preserver, because He encompasses everything, so He takes care of things in order to preserve their existence, for they are susceptible to knowledge just as they are capable of existence. So whoever, Glory be to Him, wills to bring Him into existence, creates Him, He preserves His existence. And whoever does not will for Him to exist, and wills to keep Him in nothingness, He preserves His existence. Nothingness does not exist as long as nothingness preserves it. Either He preserves it permanently or for a specified term, according to what He has decreed on earth of sustenance and by what He has revealed in heaven of matters.
